THE ART OF
IMPRACTICAL TEACHING

Classmates

A new approach to teaching

Powered by NobleSol Art Group

A. The Problem & Need for Change

  • Crisis: Facing a national and global crisis; communities are drifting apart due to technological advancement.

  • Resource Loss: Losing children & young adults (identified as the community's "most precious resources").

  • Historical Failure: Decades of "practical" teaching approaches have resulted in a high rate of failure.

  • Generational Disconnect: Current generations speak a completely different language than parents, politicians, and most community leaders.

The Solution: Impractical Approach

  • Philosophy: "The Art of Impractical Teaching" is the creative spark needed to meet youth where they are and lead them into the future.

  • Process: Reimagining learning fueled by creativity and intention, explicitly removing the process of "accidental success."

  • Method: Shifting from the high-failure practical model to an impractical approach.

 Target & Outreach Strategy

  • Target Audience: Directly serves minority communities of color.

  • Role: Serve as ambassadors for the trade & creative industries within these communities.

  • Branding: Use a fresh take on branding and marketing trade and creative industries to peak youth interest and bridge the generational communication gap.
